Mirabel Dream apartment Building is armed and equipped with all modern and compulsory security measures while paying due attention to the environment friendly measures.

While the building will completely earth quake resistant, all factors like 24 hours Security, Standby generators, House guards, electricity, water supply, and all what is required by a modern and secured residence will be ensured.

Indoor swimming pool, fitness centre with Jacuzzi, steam, sauna will be on the ground floor. A 5star reception area will also be located on the ground floor which will also house a conference hall fit to accommodate 200 to 250 guests. There will be a corner with automatic coffee machine for guests coming to visit residents or for users of the health club.

All apartments will be fully furnished.  In order to acquaint client with the décor and furnishing, pictures of the proposed furnished rooms are shown in the website and brochure. The kitchen will also be equipped with the most essentials such as refrigerators, cooking ranges, toaster etc… All furniture will be modeled after classic and European style. Mirrors, consoles, lamps, elaborate pieces of furniture, table and silver ware will mostly be imported from India, France, Italy and Singapore. Bathroom supplies and fittings will be of high quality and will be imported. All marbles used on the floor and table will also be of granite quality.

Curtains, linens and bed sheets and spreads will be of high quality either imported or locally obtained.
