The town of Dhulikhel is easily accessible by buses and cars starting from Kathmandu. There are express buses every five minutes.

With the completion of Koteshwar to Suriya Binayak express way, it can easily be assumed that Mirabel resort and Mirabel dream apartment will be faster reachable than Kalimati in the south west and Boudhhanath in the north eastern part of Kathmandu valley from the T.I. Airport. For tourists, foreign business travelers and people visiting Nepal from international organizations may easily choose to stay in Dhulikhel with a fresher air than in extremely polluted pockets of Kathmandu valley where the traffic congestion is becoming more and more frustrating and deterrent to both Nepalese and foreigners.

A Helipad service is included on the roof top of the Mirabel dream apartments on the 14th floor so that some of the VIP and VVIP visitors can fly directly to the roof of the building from the airport and reach the building by one of the two lifts connecting to all floors of the buildings.

Dhulikhel is a cool place throughout the year as it is at an altitude of about 5000 feet above the see level.There are a number of valleys in and around Dhulikhel with plenty of greenery. Its a medieval Newari town and was gateway to Kathmandu from China and Tibet for centuries.
