About Booking

The initial expression of interest doesn't involve any money but this expression must be renewed in three months with the payment of rupees 100,000 which will be deducted from the price of the apartment at the time of purchase of the apartment.

Final re-confirmation of the interest of purchase will have to be made in 3 more months to follow(total 6 months after the date of first expression of interest), whereupon, a substantial down payment will be negotiated between the apartment project and the purchaser.

The selection of the apartment will go in priority as per the seniority of the date of expression of interest.

Price varies from rupees 8,000 to rupees 11,500 per sqf. fully furnished on a turn-key basis however if customer doesn't want the apartment furnished, the price will be reduced by 10%.
